What is WhistleCall?
Referee scheduling that runs itself
WhistleCall matches referees to games and keeps everyone in the loop, so coordinators stop juggling spreadsheets and group texts.
- For referees — set your availability, accept or decline offers in one tap, and sync your games straight to your calendar.
- For coordinators — see who's eligible and available for every slot, send offers by email, and track pay automatically.
- No passwords — everyone signs in with a one-time email link.

How to verify a USSF certificate
- It must be a U.S. Soccer "Referee" / "Grassroots Referee" license — reject iRef, SafeSport-only, or single-module completions.
- The license year must be current (valid through Dec 31); last year's is expired.
- Cross-check at the official U.S. Soccer directory using their 16-digit USSF ID — expired licenses don't show up there.
- Messy upload or no directory hit? Have them download the license PDF from their Learning Center profile, or email soa@utahsrc.com.
- When it checks out: Mark verified, then Set as USSF (state) so future games pay the $30 scale.
